God makes no promise that our lives will be easy. He however has made this amazing promise that He will always be with us through the the good times and the bad. He knows the injustice of this world and knows the name of every one of those beautiful people who are being killed in various parts of the world just because they are Christian or of a differing faith to the dominant people in their homeland.
It seems such an injustice that today across this world militant religious people think they are serving god by murdering their fellow human beings. I can’t help but think that maybe we should leave this sort of judgement to God and seek to live peaceably with each other. Let us be tolerant with one another, hear each other out but above all be prepared to hear God’s take on the subject. I have only one conclusion to make that if any of us are genuinely seeking the truth then we should seek God for revelation. Start with creation around you and then the bible (I know of no other comparable book) and then if that Is not enough look at the life Christ lived on earth to see what God is like. If you are genuine in your search you will find Him and truth. Remember God knows all things simply because He is God and therefore He reveals himself only to those who are genuine and He knows will be honest enough to turn to Him even when they think they know better.
Well that is a bit convoluted. What I want to say is don’t hope for the best and live how you think you should. Come to Christ and put your life in God’s hands, that is the safest place to be.
